Sentinel – EMPLOYEE Access
With the revival of construction activities, and among the list of sanitary measures required, is the obligation by workers to answer a questionnaire with 3 simple questions:
Your employer must therefore ensure that any worker accessing a construction site has completed the form in question. The Sentinel platform will allow you to complete this simple questionnaire from the comfort of your home on your computer or tablet before leaving the house, or on your mobile phone on the way or upon arrival at the site.
Once on site, you can show confirmation that you have completed the form. Your employer will also have access to this information from his “Company” profile.
After receiving the invitation email, sent to you by your employer, you must click on the link provided. The following page will appear. Please click on CREATE YOUR PROFILE.
You will then have the choice to indicate if you want to create a company or employee profile. Please select "Employee".
Afterwards, complete the form. Regarding the company ID, please indicate the identifier provided by your company which should normally be in the email. Then click on "SUBSCRIBE".
The required password must be at least 6 characters long and contain both letters and numbers.
An email will be sent to you to confirm your registration. Please access this email and click on the link provided. This will bring you back to the Sentinel site to confirm your registration. You will then be able to complete the COVID-19 form daily.
Complete the document
You must complete the questionnaire every day, so as to meet government health requirements. You will see the questionnaire appear when accessing the website. Please answer all 3 questions. At the end, click on the check box indicating that you certify that all answers provided are correct. Then click on "TRANSMIT".
A page will then appear, indicating you have completed the form. In addition, an email will be sent to you, confirming the completion of the form.
What happens if you answer YES to one of the questions?
If you answer YES to any of the questions, the app will tell you to stay at home.
Your employer will be informed by email of your response.
Please note that it is recommended you complete the form daily until your condition recovers. Regarding your return to work, you will need to validate the protocol implemented by your employer.
Change of business
In the Sentinel platform, the term “company” is used in the broad sense. Your employer may have created several "company" profiles for various divisions or physical locations. When creating your profile, they will have provided you with the specific identifier to link your profile to that of the company you have been assigned to. In the event that you change your business unit, or even your employer, you can go to your profile settings and simply replace the company ID by the new one.
