Changes to the Minimum Wage for New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Yukon Effective April 1st, 2017

During 2017, several provinces have announced increases to their minimum wage. New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia and Yukon will be going forward with these changes effective April 1, 2017.

The new minimum hourly rates are presented in the table below.

It is recommended to carefully check the amounts entered in maestro* to ensure they are correct for any particular situation. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm the rates and keep themselves informed of any changes.
