Creating a Daily Entry
Daily entries can be created in TPL. They are automatically transferred in maestro* with the XML interface when at Ongoing or Completed status.
In the maestro*’s Daily Entry option, daily entries created in TPL are displayed with the string T - TPL in the Source column.
Returning a Daily Entry to TPL
If a daily entry created in TPL has errors (hours, employees, etc.), it can be returned to its source to be modified.
Daily entries can be modified in TPL only if their status is Ongoing or Completed.
- Select a daily entry whose source is T - TPL.
- Click on the Return to Source icon.
- Enter a reason in the Reason for return window that is displayed.
- Click on OK.
If there are no project manager or if the email address is missing for the fore(wo)man or project manager, a confirmation request is displayed on the screen to know if the transaction return without sending a message is acceptable.
Note that a daily entry can also be modified directly in maestro*.
