Logic for Sending Emails in maestro*

Objective

This document describes different methods to send emails in maestro*.

 

Prerequisites

  • Mail Software parameter in the General Settings, General tab.
  • User-Specific Email Configuration parameters in the Security Management option.

Mailing Logic

Logic A

  1. Take the user's SMTP Address;
  2. Take the user's SMTP User if it is an email;
  3. Take the user's Email;
  4. Take the user's User if it is an email;
  5. Take the "From" Address in the general settings;
  6. Take the User in the general settings if it is an email.

 

Logic B

  1. Take the configured email account, if applicable;
  2. Take the "From" Address from the general settings;
  3. Take the User from the general settings.
