Define Specifications

OBJECTIVE

The Define Specifications function is used to create a database of recurring information to provide additional information on delivery. This information is used in Purchase Order Management, Stock Order from Catalogue and Customer Order.

 

These specifications can be printed on purchase orders.

Create a specification

  1. Enter the required information:

 

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

 

Field

Description

Counter

Code that identifies the specification.

NOTE: The system automatically assigns the number when the transaction is saved.

Description

Description of the specification code.

Lines 1, 2 and 3

Text.

NOTE: There is a limitation of 60 characters per line.

  1. Click Save.
