Define Call Status Codes
OBJECTIVE
The Define Call Status Codes option is used to create statuses that are used by the dispatcher to place an indicator in each call based on its routing (for example, current, on the way, pending).

Steps
Create a call status
- Enter the required information:
Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.
Field
Description
Call Status Code*
Code that identifies the status.
French Description
French description that identifies the status.
English Description
English description that identifies the status.
Maximum Delay (Hours)
Number of hours that is used to calculate the date and time limit by which the call must be completed.
NOTE: Maestro * adds that number of hours on the date and time of receipt for the call to calculate the date and time of maximum resolution.
Maximum Delay (Days)
Number of days which is used to calculate the date and time limit by which the call must be completed.
NOTE: Maestro* adds that number of days to the date and time of receipt of the call to calculate the date and time of maximum resolution.
NOTE: If the user wants to specify a delay of 48 hours, he will enter two days. Only one of the two fields may be completed.
Available in Mobility
If checked, the call status code appears in maestro*MOBILE to be selected.
