Transport Surcharge Table

OBJECTIVE

The Transport Surcharge Table option is used to determine the transportation surcharges to be applied based on the price of fuel.

Creating a Surcharge Table for Transportation

1. Enter the required information in the Details tab:

Field	Description
Surcharge Type	Type of surcharge from Define Surcharge Types.
Date	Date the table was created.

1. Breakdown section:

You only need to complete one of the following three fields: Surcharge %, Surcharge $ or Fixed Price.

Field	Description
Range Start	Starting fuel price.
Range End	Ending fuel price.
Surcharge %	Percentage of the surcharge to be applied to the price of transportation if the price of fuel is included in the range. NOTE: For example, apply an additional 2% to transportation.
Surcharge $	Amount of the surcharge to be applied to the price of transportation if the price of fuel is included in the range. NOTE: For example, apply an additional $0.02 to transportation
Fixed Price	Fixed surcharge price to be applied to the price of transportation if the price of fuel is included in the range. NOTE: For example, apply an additional $10.00 to transportation

2. Click Save.
