Define Status Codes

OBJECTIVE

The Define Status Codes option allows creating different fixed assets statuses. These statuses are used for informational purposes only and have no incidence on the depreciation calculation.

 

Steps

maestro* > Accounting > Financial Management > Depreciation > Define Status Codes

 

Create a status

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Field	Description
Status*	Code that identifies the status. The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Status field.
Description*	Description that identifies the status.

2. Click Save.
