ROE: Simulation

OBJECTIVE

The ROE: Simulation function is used to generate a record of employment for an employee, regardless of whether he has been laid off or not. This means, this function is not restricted to employees who have been laid off. The report is used to check information before printing or creating the official record of employment.

This document is used as an internal working document and is not an official document. It may contain some additional information.

 

The system uses the information entered in Configuration, Records of Employment section.

 

PREREQUISITEs

  maestro* > Time Management > Payroll > Layoffs > ROE: Simulation

 

Simulating a Record of Employment

  1. Select the employee(s).

 

All of the employees are included on the employee selection list.

The employees included are also limited according to the user's security setting defined in Security Management.

  1. Enter the layoff date on which the employee was laid off or will be laid off.
  2. Select the number of weeks to be printed on the statement.

 

The choices are 27 or 53 weeks.

  1. Click Accept.
