Resources tab

Objective

Displays a list of resources used in the Detail tab.

 

If a resource has been created locally in the Detail tab, it will also be displayed in this tab. However, when the quotation is transferred, it will not be created in Resource Management.

Only columns that require special attention are documented.

 

Columns

Used to

Cost

Changes the cost of the resource for the entire quotation and affects the Detail tab.

Excel Cell Price

Links a resource to a cell in the Calculating Sheet tab in order to find the cost.

Adjustment

Adjustment percentage to be applied to all resources with the same code for the entire quotation.

Fix Cost

Sets the cost of the resource if checked.

If checked, the resource data will not be updated with information from Resource Management, even if the user uses Get Updated Prices or Get Updated Table Information by clicking the Calculate the Quotation (F9) icon.

The column is activated automatically if the cost or an Excel cell price was entered manually.
