Define Call Scipt Type

OBJECTIVE

The Define Call Script Type option is used to configure a list of questions to ask when entering a call.

 

The call script type is used in the Enter a Call (Service Management module) and Customer Relationship Management(CRM) (Customer Relationship Management module (CRM)) options.

In CRM, the call script type can be entered directly in the call or it can be defined in call types. In the latter case, when you select the call type, the call script type is displayed automatically.

Steps

 

 

Create a questionnaire

  1. Enter the required information in the Details tab:

 

Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Call Script Type*

Call Script Type code.

French Description

French description that identifies the questionnaire.

English Description

English description that identifies the questionnaire.
