Supplier Rates

OBJECTIVE

The Supplier Rates option is used to manage hourly rates for each truck type used by a supplier.

 

PREREQUISITE

• Supplier Management
• Define Trucks

 

Steps

maestro* > Tickets > Maintenance > Quarry Tickets > Supplier Rates

 

Entering Rates

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field	Description
Code	Supplier's code from Supplier Management.
Name	Supplier's name.
Division	Supplier’s division.
Rate Type A, B, C and D	Used to enter rates by truck type. NOTE: These rates are used in Ticket Management for transportation payable at an hourly rate.

2. Click Save.
