Quotation Status Codes Table

OBJECTIVE

The Quotation Status Codes Table is used to define the statuses used to enter quotations.

You can customize twenty-two (22) quotation status codes. Codes designated with the letters A, G, L, P and V and the numbers 1 and 2 are the default system codes.

The location in which you add a new code to the table is important in determining the path in which the quotation is available in the Quotations option. For example, if the status is added between the Received (A) and Submitted (G) statuses, the quotation will be in the Display quotations with a Received status path.
