Define Project Categories

Objective

The Define Project Categories function is used to determine categories in Project Management to generate reports by project category. Access to projects can also be limited in Security Management via the project category.

Steps

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Projects > Define Project Categories

 

Create a project category

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

 

Champ Field	Description
Code	Code that identifies the project category.
Description	Description that identifies the project category.

2. Click Save.
