Objective

Maestro*MOBILE provides users with a calendar which can be accessed from the app’s main menu. Its objective is to address two user needs:

  • See all assignments at once;
  • Quickly see its availabilities.

Assignments

The calendar displays a mobile user’s every assignment, including project dispatches, project work orders, and service work orders, in addition to service, maintenance, and installation calls. If the selected display mode doesn’t show them automatically, it is possible to see an assignment’s estimated start and end times by pressing on them, as well as the name of the client and the work location if available.

To make their identification easier, assignments are colour-coded:

Blue →

Project Dispatches

Red→

Project Work Orders

Orange →

Service Work Orders

Green →

Service, Maintenance, and Installation Calls

 

Non-Availability

A user’s non-availabilities (and their types) are also displayed in the calendar – given that they were specified previously.

Non-availabilities can be added:

Add from maestro*, using an employee’s popup menu in a dispatch grid

Directly from the Calendar

Projects Interface > Daily Entry > Take Attendance > Employee

Field Work Orders Interface > Field Work Orders > Field Work Orders > Take Attendance > Employee

  1. Press on the Add a Non Availability button.
  2. If needed, select a non availability Type.
  3. Enter the Start Time and date.
  4. Enter the End Time and date.
  5. Press on Save.

Non-Availability Types Configuration

The configuration of non-availability types is done through one of the following options:

maestro* > Projects > Work Orders > Dispatch > Define Non-Availability Types

maestro* > Service Management > Service Management > Dispatch >Define Non-Availability

 

Display Formats

The display format of the maestro*MOBILE calendar can take various forms. Assignments can be displayed:

  • By month;
  • By week;
  • By day;
  • List.

A Today button can also be used to display assignments for the current date.
