List of Transactions

OBJECTIVE

The List of Transactions function is used to generate a list of all transactions that affect costs related to a call in the Service Management Module.

 

This list does not include calls, expenses or sales invoices.

Steps

Generating a list of transactions

  1. Select a Date Range and/or an Entry Date Range.
  2. Select the other choices based on specific requirements.

Field

Description

Transaction Status

Available values:

Combined

Displays all transactions, transferred or not.

Not Transferred

Displays untransferred transactions.

Transferred

Displays transferred transactions.

Purchase

Used to specify whether transactions entered with the Enter a Purchase option, with an Invoice status, are displayed

Order

Used to specify whether transactions entered with the Enter a Purchase option, with an Order status, are displayed

Distribute Hours

Used to specify whether hours entered using the Distribute Hours option are displayed

Return From a Service Call

Used to specify whether transactions (hours or material) entered with the Return from a Service Call option are displayed.

User Code

Displays transactions entered by the selected user.

NOTE: The system applies user security. A regular user can only see the users for which he or she is responsible. Administrator users can see all of the users.

  1. Click Accept.
