Define Lead Sources
OBJECTIVE
The Define Lead Sources option is used to manage the various sources of a call by identifying the source (reference, prospect, customer, advertisement, newspaper, etc.).

Lead source is available in the following options: |
Service Management Module
- Enter a Service Call to determine the lead source of the call.
- Service Call Profitability report to display or hide the lead source of the call on the report.
Customer Relationship Management Module (CRM)
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to determine the source.

Steps
Create a lead source
- Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:
Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.
Field
Description
Code*
Code for the created source.
French desc.
French description that identifies the lead source.
English desc.
English description that identifies the lead source.
- Click Save.
