Form Management
OBJECTIVE
The Form Management option is used to configure form templates to be used for a given period.
Steps
| maestro* > Tickets > Quarry Tickets > Aggregate Quotations > Form Management |
- Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Description
Year
Template eligibility year.
Filename of French template for concrete quotations
Allows you to enter the name of the French concrete quotation template by clicking the icon.
Filename of English template for concrete quotations
Allows you to enter the name of the English concrete quotation template by clicking the icon.
Concrete Quotations Form
Form used by default to print a concrete quotation.
Concrete Quotations Text Form
Text form used by default to print a concrete quotation.
Filename of French template for quarry quotations
Allows you to enter the name of the French quarry quotation template by clicking the icon.
Filename of English template for quarry quotations
Allows you to enter the name of the English quarry quotation template by clicking the icon.
Quarry Quotations Form
Form used by default to print a quarry quotation.
Quarry Quotations Text Form
Text form used by default to print a quarry quotation.
- Click Save.
