Define Status Codes

OBJECTIVE

The Define Status Codes function is used to define the status of an asset when it has acquired (for example, new, used, etc.).

 

Steps

maestro* > Accounting > Financial Management > Depreciation > Define Status Codes

 

Create a status

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Status field. Fields followed by the * character are mandatory fields.

Field	Description
Status*	Code that identifies the status.
Description*	Description that identifies the status.

2. Click Save.
