Define Events

The Define Events function is used to group events by type in relation to the employees.

Lists can be generated based on the groups created, such as TRAINING, ABSENCE, LATES, ACCIDENTS, etc.

Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Human Resources > Events Management > Define Events

 

Create an event type

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field	Description
Code	Identification number of the event type. NOTE: A number is assigned automatically by the system when the record is saved. However, it is possible to enter one manually.
Description	Description of the event type. NOTE: Up to 100 characters can be entered.

2. Click Save.
