Define Skills

Objective

The Define Skills option creates a database of the various skills that can be assigned to employees in the human resources file.

 

Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Human Resources > Crew Management > Define Skills

 

Creating a skill

1. Click on the New icon or use the F5 shortcut key.
2. Assign a code to the skill.
3. Enter a description of the skill.
4. Save the modifications.
