Project Activities Tab
Objective
Activities used when transferring the estimate to create the structure of activities and the budget associated with the project.
The project structure can be created automatically if a project template is selected in the Project Template field of the Information tab.

Code |
Code that identifies the activity limited to five alphanumeric characters without special characters, such as : -, +, / and #, etc. NOTE: You must enter the code taking the alphanumeric sorting into consideration when using numbering: 00001, 00002, 00003, 00010. Omitting the zeroes before the code affects the display order as follows: 1, 10, 2, 3. |

Type |
Activity type Available choices: Division, Section, Phase, Activity. WARNING! The project activity types do not have to be the same as the levels in the estimate (Detail tab). The user can use divisions and sections in the Detail tab and phases and activities in the Project Activities tab. NOTE: If new activities (originating from catalogue items) have been added to the estimate without specifying their type, when saving the estimate, the system displays a message with an option to automatically assign the Activity type to all new activities for which the Type field of the Project Activity tab has not been specified by the user. |

Cost of the estimate that is assigned to the project activity. |
