Lead Source Management

OBJECTIVE

The Define Lead Sources option is used to manage the various sources of a call by identifying the source (reference, prospect, customer, advertisement, newspaper, etc.).

 

Lead source is available in the following options:

Service Management Module

  • Enter a Service Call to determine the lead source of the call.
  • Service Call Profitability report to display or hide the lead source of the call on the report.

Customer Relationship Management Module (CRM)

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to determine the source.

 

Steps

 

maestro* > Service Management > Maintenance > Configuration > Lead Source Management

 

Create a lead source

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Field

Description

Code

Code for the created source.

French desc.

French description that identifies the lead source.

English desc.

English description that identifies the lead source.

  1. Click Save.
