Zone Management

OBJECTIVE

The Zone Management option is used to create a zone data bank to identify the contract zone for the service call in Contract Management and manage the zones with the Service Dispatch option.

 

Areas can be used in Call Dispatch to facilitate consulting them if a zone has been specified in the work order.

 

Steps

  maestro* > Service Management > Maintenance > Configurations > Zone Management (Web)

 

Creating a Zone

  1. Click the New icon.
  2. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

 

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

Field

Description

Code

Code for the zone.

Description/Name

Description that identifies the zone.

  1. Click the Save icon.
