Progression State Management

OBJECTIVE

The Define Progression State function is used to create various intervention steps to complete or execute a work order.

 

The list of work orders can be filtered by status in Work Order Dispatch if a progress status was specified on the work order.

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Work Orders > Progression State Management

 

Create a progress status

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:
 

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

 

Field

Description

Code

Code for the progress status.

Description

French description that identifies the progress status.

English Description

English description that identifies the progress status.

Sending Type

Indicates which sending type is linked to the progress status.

Available in Mobility

If checked, the progression status code appears in maestro*MOBILE to be selected.

  1. Click Save.
