Linking a Signature in maestro*CLOUD

Objective

The procedures described below will guide you to include your signature in the emails you send from maestro*CLOUD.

To do so, a signature in HTML format must be configured in the user preferences so it is used by default when an email is sent using the Send a Message function.

Steps

Copying the Signature Files from Windows File Explorer

  2. In the search bar at the top of the window, enter %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Signatures to directly access this path: Local Disk (C:) > Users > user folder > AppData > Roaming > Microsoft > Signatures.
  3. For the signature:
    1. Copy the .htm file and the folder containing the images.
    2. Paste these two elements in the directory of your choice on your computer.
