Define Project Departments

OBJECTIVE

The Define Project Departments function is used to group results by department on financial statements.

The Pivotal Project Analysis function can also be used to group by department.

 

Steps

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Project > Define Project Departments

 

Create a project department

1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

The Configuration icon is used to define entry options for the Code field.

 

Field	Description
Code	Department code.
Description	Description that identifies the department.

2. Click Save.
