Place Management

Objective

The Place Management option allows defining a table of production places for projects. Projects can mention places which can then be noted in the Production tab of Daily Entries (in maestro* and maestro*MOBILE).

 

Steps

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Project > Place Management (Web)

 

Creating a Place

1. Click the New icon.
2. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Field	Description
Code	Code for the place. Note: max. 20 alphanumerical characters
Description	Description that identifies the place.
Satuts	Indicates whether the place is currently Active and available for use or Inactive and no longer available for use.

3. Click the Save icon.

We cannot delete a record from the place table: it could be linked to a project. We can however render it Inactive.
