Alternate Address Management

OBJECTIVE

The Alternate Address Management option allows users to add addresses in the software that can then be used as alternative addresses.

 

Steps

 

maestro* > Accounting > Maintenance > Accounting > Alternate Address Management

 

Adding an Alternative Address

  1. Enter the address' name.
  2. If needed, indicate the division.
  3. Enter the address.
  4. Select the province and the country,
  5. Enter the phone numbers.
  6. Select this address' communication language.
  7. Click on Ok. A number will automatically be assigned to the address.
