Reactivating a Contract

OBJECTIVE

The Reactivating a Contract option allows you to reactivate a contract having a status of “Pending”.

All visits occurring prior to the reactivation date (Work date) will be considered as generated.

 

PREREQUISITE

• Suspending a contract

maestro* > Service Management > Maintenance > Miscellaneous > Reactivating a Contract

 

Reactivate a Contract

1. Select a contract.
2. Click on the Accept icon.
