Define Maintenance Items

OBJECTIVE

The Define Maintenance Items option is used to define the tasks that will be generated and printed for each maintenance activity when maintenance contract work orders are printed.

 

PREREQUISITE

 

Steps

 

maestro* > Service Management > Maintenance > Configuration > Define Maintenance Items

 

Create a new maintenance item

  1. Enter the required information in the Details tab:

Description

Code*

Code for the maintenance item.

French Description

French description of the maintenance to be performed.

English Description

English description of the maintenance to be performed.

  1. Add all the tasks that make up the maintenance in the Breakdown section:

Task to be carried out during maintenance.

NOTE: This task is from Define Tasks.

French Description

French description of the selected task.

English Description

English description of the selected task.

  1. Click Save.
