recommendations interface

Objective

Maestro*MOBILE enables people to write down, save, and share recommendations of various kinds with maestro* users. Although recommendations can be created and shared in the Service Recommendations created in the "Service" interface are limited to the equipment. , Project, and Field Work Orders interfaces, an additional option was developed specifically for this topic.

Unlike with the other three, it is possible to identify the topic of the recommendations originating in this interface (equipment, HR, other). Moreover, these recommendations are not linked to a service call, a project work order or a project.

All recommendations created in maestro*MOBILE can be viewed in maestro* by the employee in charge of planning to ensure the required follow-ups or actions are initiated. To access the recommendations in maestro*, use one of the following paths:
