Advanced Default Bonus
Objective
The Advanced Default Bonus option is almost identical to the Default Premium option, the differences being that it enables users to batch-add default bonuses and serve as a report to see all configured bonuses – for a project or an employee, for instance – using filters and the table that allows viewing more than one bonus at a time. This option is used to assign default bonuses based on the project and activity and/or employment category. It is therefore possible to add and modify several default bonuses all at once and obtain a better overview of the default premiums.

These bonuses are applied when project hours are transferred or when during transaction entry, depending on selected configurations. |
PREREQUISITEs
- Projects must be opened in Project Management.

Filter bonuses
- Enter information in at least one field of the Filters / Default Values section.
- Click on Filter Data According to Specified Parameters.
- If applicable, bonuses corresponding to entered values will be displayed in the detail grid.
- Click on Enter New Filter Parameters to clear the fields and start again.
Create default bonuses
- Enter required information in the grid:

Activity
Expense activity to which the bonus is applied.
Category
Employment category to which the bonus is applied.
Region
Region to which the bonus is applied.
Trade
Trade to which the bonus is applied.
Shift
Shift to which the bonus is applied.
Union
Union to which the bonus is applied.
Employee
Employee that receives the bonus.
Bonus/Deduction
Bonus to be applied.
Quantity
Bonus quantity.
Only Once per Day
If option is checked, bonus will be applied only once per day, per employee and per project.
NOTE: This bonus will not be displayed in maestro*MOBILE, nor in maestro*'s daily entry. It will only be applied in the Hours option.
Automatic Quantity Calculation
Available values:
Not Applicable
There will be no automatic quantity calculation.
Based on Worked Hours
Addition of worked hours in regular, half and double time.
Regular + Half + Double.
Based on Paid Hours
Addition of paid hours in regular, half and double time.
Regular + (Half x 1.5) + (Double x 2).
Based on Regular Time Hours
Only based on regular time hours.
Hour Entry Quantity
Available values:
Is calculated automatically and not modifiable
The bonus code and the quantity will be entered in the entry screens, but the quantity will not be modifiable.
Is calculated automatically and modifiable
The bonus code and the quantity will be entered in the entry screens, but the quantity will be modifiable.
Must be entered manually
The bonus code will be entered in the entry screens, but the quantity will not and must be entered manually.
