Define CCQ Status

OBJECTIVE

The Define CCQ Status function is used to determine the deductions to be applied automatically during payroll calculations for each status created.

 

These statuses make it possible to manage special cases that cannot be managed with employment categories or committees.

This option is linked to the Status field in the C.C.Q. tab of the Employee Management function.

 

PROCEDURE 

 

maestro* > Time Management > Maintenance > Payroll > Define CCQ Status

 

Create a committee

  1. Enter the required information:

Code

Status code. A to Z only.

Description

Description of the CCQ status.

  1. Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:

Training Fund

Deduction related to the applicable Training Fund if the box is checked.

Qualification Fund

Deduction related to the applicable Qualification Fund if the box is checked.

Compensation Fund

Deduction related to the applicable Compensation Fund if the box is checked.

Deduction

Deduction related to the applicable levy if the box is checked.

Optional Deduction

Deduction related to the optional levy applied, if the box is checked.

NOTE: If checked, maestro* calculates the optional deduction for the transactions linked to a CCQ status, and even if the value indicated in the field “optional deduction” is equal to no in the employee file.

Hourly Contribution

Deduction related to the applicable Hourly Contribution if the box is checked.

Fringe Benefits

Deduction related to the applicable Fringe Benefits if the box is checked.

Sectoral Contribution

Deduction related to the applicable Sectoral Contribution if the box is checked.

QRBHCA Hourly Contribution

Deduction related to the applicable hourly QRBHCA contribution if the box is checked.

Union

Allows to perform the union contribution calculation in the Union Management option if the box is checked.

  1. Click Save.
