Transfer Hours to Perfect Payroll
OBJECTIVE
The Transfer Hours to Perfect Payroll function is used to transfer hours entered in maestro* to the Perfect Payroll system via an interface.
PREREQUISITEs
- The Perfect Payroll interface must be installed.
- Configuration - Time Management
- Define Committees – Time Management
- Define Earning/Deduction Codes – Time Management
Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Project Time > Interfaces > Transfer Hours to Perfect Payroll |
Transfer the hours
- Enter the range of dates for the hours to be transferred in Date Entered.
- Click Accept.
- The system generates a report with the hours to be transferred. To transfer the hours, answer Yes to the question about creating the file.
The system creates a .txt file to which hours entered in projects are exported.
W/C-CSST and payroll reconciliation (BM) are not processed in maestro* from Perfect Payroll.
