Import Payroll from Perfect Payroll
OBJECTIVE
The Import Payroll from Perfect Payroll function is used to import payroll data calculated by Perfect Payroll into maestro* to balance fringe benefits (BM).

Perfect Payroll creates .txt files that must be imported into maestro*. The Perfect Payroll icon in Transfer Between Advanced Projects is used to update general ledger accounts from these files. |
PREREQUISITEs
- The Perfect Payroll interface must be installed.
- Configuration – Time Management
- Define Committees – Time Management
- Define Earning/Deduction Codes – Time Management
Steps

maestro* > Time Management > Project Time > Interfaces > Import Payroll from Perfect Payroll |
Import from Perfect Payroll
- Select the Main File.
This file contains the data used to calculate gross earnings.
- Select the deductions and taxes file.
This file contains the data for reconciling fringe benefits.
- Click Accept.
The system highlights any detected discrepancies in RED.
