Place Management

Objective

The Place Management option allows defining a table of production places for projects. Projects can mention places which can then be noted in the Production tab of Daily Entries (in maestro* and maestro*MOBILE).

 

Steps

maestro* > Projects > Maintenance > Project > Place Management

 

Creating a Place

1. Click on the New icon.
2. Assign the place a Code (max. 20 alphanumerical characters).
3. Give the place a Description.
4. By default, the status of the place is Active.

We cannot delete a record from the place table: it could be linked to a project. We can however render it Inactive.

5. Save the new place.
