Annex Management
OBJECTIVE
The Annex Management option, which is based on the CCQ annex, is used to manage the various annex and to create a link with the industry sector.
Although Annex Management can help you ensure that the annex entered in the various maestro*screens are valid, you are not required to define them in this screen before using them.

Creating an Annex
- Enter the required information in the Main Fields tab:
You can click the Configuration icon to define entry options for the Code field, remain in insertion mode after saving, check the missing fields and keep the focus in the same field.
By default, the system displays the annexes that are actually used by the CCQ.
Field
Description
Code*
Annex code.
Description*
English description of the annex.
French Description*
French description of the annex.
Sector*
Sector to which the annex applies.
The choices are: Not applicable, Civil Engineering and Road Networks, Industrial, Institutional and Commercial, Residential and Heavy Residential.
- Click Save.
- Click the Print icon to access the list generator and print the annex, if necessary.
