Security Management - Access Configuration Table

Objective

The software access table allows to know, in real time, which users are connected to maestro*.

The Mobile tab shows which users have "standard", "employee", and "portal" type licences.

 

Steps

 

maestro* > Maintenance > General Maintenance > Processing > Security Management > Access Configuration Table icon

 

Viewing System Accesses

  1. Users that are currently signed in to maestro* are displayed under the maestro* tab.
  2. Click on the Refresh icon to force an update and display all the new users connected to maestro*.

 

Mass Assignement of Licences

  1. When in the Mobile tab, click on the Mass creation of maestro*MOBILE users icon.
  2. If needed, in the window that appears, to find the employees you wish to assign a license and click on the Filter Data According to Specified Parameters icon.
  3. Fill the Default Values section:

Field

Description

Use to create a new user code

Select which value to use to create the user code. Available values:

Employee Number

The employee number is taken from the Number field of the Employee Management option.

Employee Alpha Code

The alpha code is taken from the Alpha Code field of the Employee Management option.

Email Address

The email address is taken from the Email field of the Security Management option.

Type of Access

Selects the type of access (also called licence) to be granted to the user. Available values:

Standard Mobile

Full maestro*MOBILE access only.

maestro* and Standard Mobile

Full maestro* access and full maestro*MOBILE access.

maestro*MOBILE employee

Limited access to Projects, Timesheets, and Inspections interfaces in maestro*MOBILE.

maestro* and maestro*MOBILE employee

Full maestro* access and limited access to Projects, Timesheets, and Inspections interfaces in maestro*MOBILE.

MOBILE Portal

Limited access to maestro*MOBILE's Employee interface (consultation of employment documents, certifications and personal information).

User Group

Allows you to specify which user group to integrate users created en masse.

  1. If applicable, manually add employees in the grid using the controls of the Employee column.
  2. Click on the Apply icon to create the employee licenses in maestro*MOBILE.
