Maintain Price Lists
OBJECTIVE
The Maintain Price Lists function is used to identify a specific price list.

You can associate a price list in Customer Management, Define Customer Addresses, Sale, Point-of-Sale, Customer Order or Billing – Point-of-Sale. |

Creating a Price List

When you click on New, the system suggests creating a new list from an existing list. You can increase all of the prices and the catalogue in a single operation by clicking the Increase List Prices icon. You can import a price list from an Excel file by clicking the Import an Excel File icon. |
- Enter the required information in the Detail tab:
Field
Description
Code*
Code that identifies the list.
French Description
French description that identifies the list.
English Description
English description that identifies the list.
- Complete the Price List column.
- Click Save.
The Print column lets you decide whether or not you want to print the price when you click the Print icon.
You can restrict the list of items in the price list according to the product type by clicking the Configuration icon.
